Kevin Pile 1986 – Present Kevin Pile has been on Council since 1985. He is happily married with two daughters and five grandchildren and is the proud owner of Pile Financial Services. Mr. Pile has previously served as Council President and a member of the West Hills Police Commission and the Westmont Recreation Commission. Along with serving as a Council Member, Mr. Pile is also currently a member of the Greater Johnstown Water Authority.
