At this time to the best of our knowledge there are no positive cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus in the borough. In order to protect our Borough employees, and continue to provide our residents with the municipal services needed, the Southmont Borough Municipal and Tax Office will not be open to the public. The Public Works Department will be working on emergency call-outs only. We ask that you take advantage of phone and online options to conduct borough business during the period of the next two weeks. Payments and correspondence may be mailed to 148 Wonder Street Johnstown, PA 15905 or dropped off in the drop box located next to the main entrance. If you would like a receipt, please attach a request stating so and one will be mailed to you. If you have an emergency, please dial 9-1-1. The West Hills Regional Police will continue to respond to all emergency calls. If you have a non-emergency situation, please call the West Hills Regional Police non-emergency line at 814-255-4145. We thank you for your patience during this time. Please remember to practice proper hand hygiene, stay home if you are sick and use social distancing as ways to help keep the virus from spreading.
