Moving Permits

 

Southmont Borough no longer requires a moving permit for anyone that is purchasing or selling a home within the Borough. 

 

 

Landlord/Tenant Registration

 

Southmont Borough passed Ordinance No. 494, requiring landlords/owners to register rental properties and their tenants. A form is required any time a tenant moves into or from a rental property within the Borough. There are currently no fees charges for the registration form.
